>ASTM International has signed an agreement for online access to all its standards, books and journals for the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Through the agreement, students and teaching staff at all Pakistani universities will be able to view ASTM materials through a national license. The purpose of the HEC is to aid higher education institutes as a means to encourage the socio-economic development of Pakistan.
