Rationale

Section 19.1.2 requires the procedure used to be reported and lists three individually. There are currently four procedures, and the possibility of a fifth has previously been discussed. It is assumed the update of this section was overlooked when procedure D was added to the method. In order to avoid a similar situation it is proposed to simplify this section by not listing the procedures individually and merely instruct to report the procedure used.
