Rationale

This work item is with intent to submit a ballot to incorporate an option for hose stream exposure, allowing E1725 to be used for compliance to building requirements as a means for electrical raceway protection where the supporting constructions require hose stream. This addition would bring E1725 it in line with the likes of E119, E814, and E1966 to name a few that all utilize the hose stream following fire exposure. This would be an option as there are industrial applications for E1725 that do not require hose stream and these should not be forced to comply.
