Rationale

As part of five year review of this standard, the following revisions were identified: 1) deletion of 3.5 which is redundant and identical to 3.2, 2) editorial change to S6 for consistency with ASTM A20 S6 (revise "Material" in A516 S6 to "Plates" to be consistent with title of S6 in A20).
