Liu Fei, ASTM China Office staff, and Nancy Hu conducted a training session in person and by video-conference with the staff for Strategic Medical Affairs at Johnson & Johnson Medical (China) Ltd. in Beijing on Nov. 25, 2011. There were over 30 participants from both Johnson & Johnson Beijing and Johnson & Johnson Shanghai. Participants are involved in the regulatory, standards, compliance and market access aspects of medical devices. Liu Fei presented ASTM standards development system, international features, intellectual property policy, China operations, and standards developed by ASTM International Committee F04 on Medical and Surgical Materials and Devices.
