ASTM Staff Meets with Students at Mexican University

ASTM International staff had the opportunity to visit the FES Aragón campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico with the objective of introducing students to ASTM International and to encourage students and professors to participate in ASTM's student outreach activities.

The visit was arranged through Alliance FiiDEM (Alliance for Training and Research Infrastructure for the Development of Mexico). ASTM International signed an agreement with Alliance FiiDEM last year to work cooperatively to share technical information, specifically related to infrastructure. Luis Ordonez and Vanessa Corona, ASTM representatives in Mexico, participated in the visit, which was attended by more than 150 students.
