ASTM International Subcommittee D13.17 on Flax and Linen, the ASTM China Office and the Canada Composites Innovation Center jointly held a successful flax fiber information exchange session in Beijing, China, on May 13. Chinese attendees represented such organizations as the China Textile and Apparel Council Testing Center, Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and Design Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Intertek Tianjin and the China Hemp Research Center.
