After their board of directors meetings in Houston, Texas, a group of 21 ASTM International board members, spouses, and staff volunteered at the Houston Food Bank, helping local residents whose homes were destroyed by Hurricane Harvey flooding.

Wearing the new ASTM International polo shirts, the group stands on the steps of the Houston Food Bank before going in to volunteer.

President Katharine Morgan and board member Taco van der Maten work to clean and sort donated food.

ASTM International volunteers work alongside other members of the community to sort over 5000 kg (11,000 pounds) of donated food.
