On April 1–3, Liu Fei (back row, third from left), ASTM International China office chief representative, visited the Fujian Institute of Standardization as well as three local enterprises that manufacture ski goggles, indoor fitness equipment, sneakers and swimwear in the Fujian Province of the People's Republic of China. Liu Fei was accompanied by Guo Dehua (back row, second from right), director, Sub-Institute for Vision Health and Protection of the China National Institute of Standardization. The purpose of the visit was to provide information about ASTM International to local industry and standards experts and to encourage involvement in ASTM committee activities and training programs.
