Training in Mexico
The Instituto Mexicano del Cemento y del Concreto sponsored Nicholas Carino, former chairman of ASTM International Committee C09 on Concrete and Concrete Aggregates, to travel to Mexico and present the "ASTM Standards for Cement and Concrete: Relationship to ACI 318" course, which IMCYC has contracted with ASTM to conduct since 2008. IMCYC worked with staff in ASTM International's Mexico office to arrange for Carino to cover technical topics during the Sept. 28-30 training event.
